Vol. 5 Appendix B Example Table Errors

The scenario tables in Appendix B of Volume 5 have incorrect enums for the TradeHandlingInstr (1123):
- One-Party Report for Pass-Thru (1) should be (3)
- Two-Party Report (3) should be (1)

The problem was introduced in the 5.0 spec and inherited to SP1.
