I do not see any reason of disconnecting the session or not not accepting the two good orders.
As list ID would be there and all three would have there seperate CLOrdrID's we can just reject one of them and send a rejection back to the client for that.
I don't see reason to disconnect session for this.
Within repeating group we should be able to process such things.
