Re: What should be the expected seq for application with tag 43=Y?

The expected sequence number should be one more than the previous message's seq no. even if it’s a duplicate message.
Here it should be,
Cases : For tag 43=Y , we had the following case.
If Admin msg with 34=448, should we send the application msg after it with 34=448 or 34=449 ?
